崩溃酶一种粗制酶,主要含纤维素酶和果胶酶,还混有蛋白酶和核酸酶.加速培养细胞核根尖细胞离解。崩溃酶(Driselase)是可以水解细胞壁(主要是真菌细胞壁)的多种酶的混合物,制备原生质体很有用. 来自sigma公司说明：Crude powder containing laminarinase, xylanase and cellulase.

应用：

配制方法：

Place 0.2 g driselase in a conical flask, dissolve in 10 mL 4 M mannitol and adjust the pH with 0.1N HCl to 5.2. Suspend 1 g of cultured cells in the solution. When the enzyme is allowed to react with the cells for 1-2 hours while gently shaking the flask in a water bath at 30°C, most of the cells used as materials lose the cell walls and become spherical protoplasts.
